Two roles, and the line between them is real.
Staff start sessions, take payments and fire the kitchen. That is the job, and that is all they can reach — reports and settings are not hidden behind a warning, they are unavailable.
Staff and admin accounts
Give every person on shift their own login, with their own limits — and a record of who did what, so trust is not a matter of memory.

Staff start sessions, take payments and fire the kitchen. That is the job, and that is all they can reach — reports and settings are not hidden behind a warning, they are unavailable.
Staff do not share a password. An admin creates an account per person, and from then on every session started, every payment taken and every expense recorded carries the name of whoever did it.
The split is not advisory — it is enforced on the route, so a staff member cannot reach an admin screen by typing its address.
Where the line sits
Started, players changed, item added, stopped, paid. When a bill is queried a week later you read a record instead of asking who was on shift.
Every rupee writes one line, and a correction adds an entry rather than changing one. The trail survives, which is the point of having one.
Drag your PCs, consoles and tables into the shape of your floor. Then run the whole night from that one screen.
Pause, extend, transfer, change the player count, take money up front, or stop and settle later — every one of them a button, with the bill keeping up.
Slab pricing, per-minute with a cap, different rates per player count, happy hours and a free grace period — set once, applied automatically.
Sell from the counter, run café tables, both landing on the same session the customer already has open. Kitchen printing is its own add-on.
An order taken at the table prints in the kitchen a second later. Change it and the kitchen gets the difference, not a reprint to compare by eye.
Prepaid wallets, running tabs and a ledger that can explain every rupee — so “put it on my tab” stops being a memory test.
Log what you spend as you spend it, and watch it come straight off the day’s number — so the figure you close on is the real one.
Revenue, net profit and expenses for the day, the week or the month — updating while the floor is still running, and downloadable in one click.
Points that build up as they spend, and coupons you can run when the floor is quiet. Built into the same member record as their tab, so nothing needs a second system.
Ten minutes on a call and you will know whether it fits your floor. If it does, the first month is free and we set it up with you.
Free, ten minutes, and no obligation to sign up.
